Be still, sad heart, and cease repining; Behind the clouds is the sun still shining; Thy fate is the common fate of all, Into each life some rain must fall, Some days must be dark and dreary. -The Rainy Day, Longfellow
 Hahaha, Porn for Women!

If my thoughts collapse or my framework snaps it'll make a mess like you wouldn't believe

To me, you're strange and you're beautiful, You'd be so perfect with me but you just can't see, You turn every head but you don't see me.
Turn me back into the pet that i was when we met. I was happier then with no mind-set.

Angelina at 15 years old
You’re going to come across people in your life who will say all the right words at all the right times. But in the end, it’s always their actions you should judge them by. It’s actions, not words, that matter. — Nicholas Sparks

Folks who are soft and helpless sometimes make the most noise. They can obstruct you in a lot of ways. It’s pointless trying to resist them or deal with them by force. Sometimes you just have to bite your upper lip and put sunglasses on. -Bob Dylan

“But, outside of being a sweet little girl, she was awfully dumb and capable of doing horrible things.” - Jack Kerouac

“I have scars on my hands from touching certain people…Certain heads, certain colours and textures of human hair leave permanent marks on me.” -J.D. Salinger

At the first kiss I felt something melt inside me that hurt in an exquisite way. All my longings, all my dreams and sweet anguish. All the secrets that slept deep within me came awake. Everything was transformed and enchanted, everything made sense. -Hermann Hesse

"i've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you make them feel." -Maya Angelou

People ask me why it’s so hard to trust people. I ask them why it is so hard to keep a promise. — Anonymous I'll keep my helmet on just in case my head caves in because if my thoughts collapse or my framework snaps It'll make a mess like you wouldn't believe.

The silence isn't so bad, until I look at my hands and feel sad, because the spaces between my fingers Are right where yours fit perfectly.
And I'll forget the world that I knew, But I swear I won't forget you, if my voice could reach back through the past, I'd whisper in your ear: darling I wish you were here.

| Raise your hands now to testify, your confession will be crucified. you’re a sacrificial suicide, like a dog that’s been sodomized. Put your faith in a miracle and it's non-denominational. join the choir, we'll be singing in the church of wishful thinking. A fire burns today of blasphemy and genocide; the sirens of decay will infiltrate the faith fanatics. "oh bless me, Lord, for I have sinned, it's been a lifetime since I last confessed. I threw my crutches in the river of a shadow of doubt and i'll be dressed up in my Sunday best." Say a prayer for the family. drop a coin for humanity. "ain't these uniforms a'flatterin'?" "I never asked you a goddamned thing!" Don’t test me. Second guess me. Protest me. you will disappear...

Photos from hel-looks.com. The pictures are taken in the streets and clubs of Helsinki (capital of Finland) from July 2005 onwards. HEL LOOKS is a hobby project of Liisa Jokinen and Sampo Karjalainen.

Hanna (24) "All my clothes are second hand. I like vintage and second hand but only special pieces. Authentic 70's clothes are my obsession. I guess my style is casual but a bit classic. I like wool and nautical themes. Next I would like to buy a pair of snake-skin sandals. Modern people like Chloë Sevigny but also older actresses from the past decades are my style idols." I would love this but with a different scarf, or no scarf at all. Emilia (19) "I'm wearing a second hand hooded pullover, second hand boots and an H&M jacket. My bag was bought at Flow festival last summer. I like to wear bright colours because it's so dark and there's no snow yet. I like Mia Halmesmaa's designs. Björk is my idol." I like the colors in this, not so much the shoes, leggings, and cap. </div> I like the idea of a black leather jacket with a bold one-piece dress and leggings. Once again, I'm not a big fan of the gree or the pattern on the jacket. But I'm digging the flow of the over-all outfit... Here is the caption of the photo: Tiina (19)"I'm wearing a jacket from Carlings, a dress from Zara and second hand frames, bag and ear-rings. I like strong colours like green, violet and red. I like to mix different patterns. Retro patterns like polka dots and patterns by Nümph are my favourites. Red hair is my trade mark. Tampere night life inspires my style." Minus the shoes and socks this is a great outfit.
Jade (18) "I like girlish and unique clothes. Now I'm wearing a jacket from Ansa vintage store, an Estonian hand-knitted cardigan and second hand hat, shoes and bag. The woollen socks are warm and comfortable. Fashion blogs like The Drifter and the Gypsy inspire me. I like the blog's dream-like pictures, femininity and sensitiveness."
Anna (20) "I'm wearing a Minimarket hat from Beam and a jacket, sunglasses and shoes from H&M. Still I'm not that big fan of H&M. I like to wear more colours now although I'm quite black-and-white. My current favourite is my second hand jeans jacket. I also like high heels."

Raisa (19) "I'm wearing second hand clothes that I've bought in London. In winter I like to wear woollen and warm clothes like big cardigans. I don't think about clothes that much. I just wear things that I like."
Nora (23) "I bought my skirt at the recycling center, because I liked the floral ruffles. My bag, cardigan, belt and boots are also vintage. Now in winter I try to lighten up my look with skirts and boots. I'm modeling myself and like the international model look, half-bohemian style à la Anja Rubik. Lately I've been inspired by great editorial pictures in French Vogue and gothic looks."
Mia (20) "I'm wearing my boyfriend's cardigan, a self-made scarf, second hand boots from London, gloves by Björn Borg and a bag by Marc by Marc Jacobs. Halloween witches and horror movies inspire me at the moment. I like the latest collection by Givenchy and Balmain, their gothic and rock inspired looks."

Karo (27) "My dress is second hand, the jacket from H&M and the bag and shoes by Minna Parikka. I wear lots of second hand because old clothes often suit my body type. I like vintage from the 20's to the 60's. I like classic colours like black, white and grey. Minna Parikka, YSL and Chanel are my favourite designers."
Siina (26) "I dress up to cheer myself up. Colours are very important to me. White is my current darling, but violet is my all time favourite. My orange beret is the best pick-me-up of the autumn. I like to wear big, showy earrings and rings. I often have a boyish style. Nick Knatterton has always been my most important style role model!"
Bjørt (21) "I'm wearing a second hand shirt from Stockholm and shoes and tights from Urban Outfitters. I really like second hand, black and simple styles. My favourite outfit is high-waisted pants or shorts with a loose top."
Maria (25) "I only buy good-quality second hand, because I want to live ecologically. My new boyfriend and love inspire me."
Andrea (16) "I'm wearing a self-made shirt, Cheap Monday jeans and H&M shoes. The bag is self-made, too. I don't buy that many clothes. I wear my mother's old clothes and make them myself. I also like to wear boys' clothes like check shirts. Moomins, especially Snuffkin, inspire me. I like the 60's and 70's and collect LP's from that period."
I like everything above the waist, but I would wear black tights and different shoes.
 Minus the blue skirt, please.
Jasmin (18) "I like flea markets and second hand shops. My favourite decades are the 40's and the 50's. I like feminine, 50's styled cocktail dresses. Red lipstick is the cornerstone of my style. With red lips you look good no matter what you're wearing! Movies, art, people around me and street style inspire my style as well. You can see good styles in New York, but for example India is interesting style-wise, too."
Leyla (26) "The 60's inspires my style, especially the old photographs taken of my parents in Germany in the 60's. Twiggy and Audrey Hepburn always have a lovely style. I also like 60's bands like The Beatles and The Kinks. 'm looking forward to my trip to Istanbul in July. There's a lot of textile industry in Turkey so the fashion is always many years ahead of us there. Istanbul is also a good place to shop fabrics."
I love the colors in this, but i'd wear different shoes and have a bigger black bag.
 I love the edge XD

| She puts her makeup on like graffiti on the walls of the heartland. she's got a little book of conspiracies right in her hand. she is paranoid, endangered species headed into extinction. she is one of a kind; she's the last of the American girls. She wears her overcoat for the coming of the nuclear winter. She's a runaway of the establishment incorporated. she won't cooperate; she's the last of the American girls." -green day

"anyone can slay a dragon," she told me "but to wake up every morning and finding decency in the world...that takes a real hero."
She said she usually cried at least once each day, not because she was sad, but because the world was so beautiful and life was so short.

Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life? – Mary Oliver

"i have an idea" she says "of inventing a machine that makes people good and true and kind and the irony is that it works best when it's completely broken so everyone has to stop what they're doing and get together and figure out how to fix it."

it feels like some sort of carnival ride but it turns out it's just life going positively perfectly.

"i just can't help but feel that something has been lost."
"if i could just blow through the ceiling and fly" she said "my heart would be free."

lets mine the earth for all it's worth until it has been bled dry. lets take a little more of what we take for granted .
in the corner of the castle she cried, "you introduced me to all these plastic people with their plastic hearts and smiles who had the worst intentions all along."
I can't place myself between the pages of this fashion magazine she said, all i'm getting are paper cuts and bad dreams.
"dont feed me lines of some idealistic future" she screamed. "my heart won't heal right if you keep pulling at the stitches."

"so just say how to make it right and i swear I'll do my best to comply."

I just want back in your head.

"i think the world is a sea and we are all drowning on our hands and knees and even if you try to swim to shore the merciless currents pull you further into oblivion until there is nothing to do but surrender."

will someone please call a surgeon who can crack my ribs and repair this broken heart that you're deserting for better company.
i have a crumpled map in my pocket, she said, but i've yet to read it since I left home last week. what does it matter? they're all just different names for the same thing.

looking at the horizon of the sea she whispered, words fail me right now, i'm tired of the boundaries of language, all the different names for the same thing.

A few said they'd be horses. Most said they'd be some sort of cat. My friend said she'd like to come back as a porcupine. I don't like crowds, she said.

"Life? I think of it as a giant hallucination with really realistic smells," he told us. "If I had to be here otherwise, I'd get too depressed."

"but it's much easier to stand when all you are is a hollow shell," she said.

I promise you not a moment will be lost as long as I have heart & voice to speak & we will walk again together with a thousand others & a thousand more & on & on until there is no one among us who does not know the truth: there is no future without love.

That night I forgot myself & my heart opened like an unlatched door. For a while I tried to put everything back in its place and lock the door until one day I piled it up and sent it away with the evening trash & finally lived life.

she's filled to the brim with dangerous thoughts & nowhere to put them. In a small town there is no place to hide them when everyone is always watching.

He is self-conscious because everyone knows he has wings but they've never seen him fly. Now & then there will be a feather in odd places or maybe a footprint to show he was there. All in all, he thinks it's nobody else's business what he does with his free time.

layed out on the bed with vacant eyes she said "life is so much easier when life is a blur and nothing really matters." she swallows her routine medication and whispers "but i can't even remember what I had for breakfast."

The cost of oblivious daydreaming was always this moment of return, the realignment with what had been before and now seemed a little worse. Her reverie, once rich in plausible details, had become a passing silliness before the hard mass of the actual. it was difficult to come back. -Atonement by Ian McEwan
